Standard Code Violation
- A complaint is received by phone, mail, email, or officer area survey.
- The complaint is assigned to an officer who inspects the property.
- Notice of violation is mailed to the property owner (Certified and Standard)
- Owners have between 30 – 60 days to comply.
- If not corrected a citation will be issued for court with possible fines.
