Xavier D. Davis, Talent Acquisition Coordinator has over 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Human Resources Management. His previous Human Resources experience includes the position of Human Resources Technician.
Throughout his HR Career, recruiting has always been his favorite part of working in HR. He finds great value in placing the right individual with the right opportunity, impacting their lives as well as the organization in a positive manner. Xavier has been responsible for a range of recruiting projects including executive level searches, change management, and developing and implementing cost saving recruiting strategies.
Xavier believes that in order to facilitate growth and expansion within our team, we must provide them with the tools they need and the leadership support that is warranted. Xavier is a strong advocate of customer service and believes essentially that each person we encounter is a prospective customer.
Prior to embarking on his path to a career in Human Resources, Mr. Davis worked as a Cashier Manager at Sears Roebuck Company and traveled doing what he loves to do which is singing. Xavier loves to cook and loves to laugh.
