Susan E. Headley, CWCP, MBA
Susan Headley is the Workers’ Compensation Analyst for Macon-Bibb County Government with over thirteen years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, Occupational Medicine, and serving as a managing partner for local healthcare facilities. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology with a major in Management in 2011 from Macon State College. In June 2013, she graduated from American Sentinel University with a Master of Business Administration and Healthcare. Currently she is working on her Doctor of Business Administration in Small Business and Leadership at Walden University. She is a Certified Workers’ Compensation Professional and licensed in the state of Georgia as an adjuster in Workers’ Compensation.
Susan has a passion for community and has worked with many local organizations over the years. After graduating from Leadership Macon in 2013, she went on to serve as a Leadership Macon class advisor for the following two years. She served as a Chair for the Leadership Macon Advisory Committee and a member of the Health Sciences forum for Middle Georgia State University. Serving as both a co-chair and a volunteer with the Total Resources Campaign for the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce, she found great interest in getting others involved in events in community. She also served as a board member for the Macon Volunteer Clinic.
In her spare time, she likes to travel, spend time with her pup, Percy Jackson, and her family. She also enjoys reading and painting.
