Voter Registration Deadline Registration: deadline is October 6, 2014

 


GA Votes… There’s An App For That!
Visit the App Store on your smart phone and download the GA Votes app to register
to vote using OLVR – Online Voter Registration!

GA Votes app also includes MVP – My Voter Page where a registered voter can view
their status, request a mail in application and check on ballot status, poll location,
early voting locations, who their elected officials are, registration information on file
with their county office, sample ballot of the upcoming election and status of their
provisional ballot. My voter page link: http://mvp.sos.state.ga.us/


To use the Online Voter Registration System you must have a valid driver’s license or identification card issued by GA Department of Driver Services (DDS) with signature on file with DDS. If you do not have a valid driver’s
license or identification card, the link below will allow you to manually submit a paper registration.

You may use this system to (1) Register to vote in Georgia or (2) change your name and/or address on your current registration record.
You are not officially registered to vote until this application is approved.


Early/Advance Voting
Monday, October 13, through Friday, October 31, 2014
At the Macon-Bibb County Board of Elections office located at 2445 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, GA 31206
Early voting is conducted during the normal business hours: 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. – Monday –Friday

Saturday Voting – October 25, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.


Absentee Ballot Application Requests
A voter can request an absentee ballot to vote by mail by contacting the Macon-Bibb County Board of Elections
office @ 478-621-6622.

The absentee ballot application is also available on the Secretary of State’s my voter page.

The deadline for mailing absentee ballot applications is Friday, October 31, 2014
