Dwane Vital
Dwane Vital began his career with Macon-Bibb County Human Resources in 2021. After working in retail for over twelve years and achieving a well-rounded background in customer service, he entered the HR field as a Human Resources Technician. He has taken on a variety of roles within the department, each building on his skills and expanding his contributions. Dwane attended Georgia Highlands College where he received an Associate’s Degree in Science. He has taken several HR courses and is currently working towards a certificate in Human Resources Management. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching football, and mentoring young boys in the community.
