Jason Aldean’s latest music video will be shooting in Macon Tuesday evening. Locations include the intersection of Second Street and Cotton Avenue in downtown Macon.“We’re excited to be shooting Jason’s Aldean’s next music video “Gonna Know We Were Here” in his hometown of Macon, GA,” said Carey Nelson Burch, Executive Producer, Tackle Box Films. “The city, it’s film commission and the locals have been more then accommodating to our crew in order to make this happen. Director Shaun Silva and Aldean couldn’t imagine capturing this story anywhere but Macon and we’re more then appreciative to have the opportunity to do so.”

Street Closures

The following streets will be closed to vehicle traffic on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until midnight. People will be allowed to walk through the area except during actual filming. The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office will be on site to direct traffic.

–          Second Street from Cherry to Walnut Streets.
–          Mulberry Street from First to Third Streets.
–          Cotton Avenue from Cherry to Second Streets.
–          Alleyways connecting the streets.
