Bibb County grand jurors indicted a Macon man Tuesday on allegations he knowingly possessed images of child pornography in April 2016.
Steven Charles Vanbibber, 38, is charged with 36 counts of sexual exploitation of children.
An indictment is a charging document issued by grand jurors if the group determines probable cause exists for the case to move forward toward trial. Each defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.
