A delinquent referral involves an act committed by a child under the age of 17 that is considered a crime under state law, federal law, or local ordinances, including specific traffic offenses.

Delinquency hearings are typically closed to the public, except in certain cases as required by law.

If you are a victim in a Juvenile Court case and want to find out what is going on with your case, please call 478-310-2530 and ask for the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office.

If you need an excuse for court attendance, please use your subpoena, or contact your Department of Juvenile Justice Intake or Probation Officer.
