The Tindall Fields Affordable Housing Development Project is well under way, and commissioners voted to make sure its well lit! $68,150 will come from Blight Bond funds to pay for 29 exterior LED lighting fixtures. Sesco Lighting will provide the equipment. You can read more about that deal here.
Also, The Urban Development Authority and the County Commission approved the use of up to $1.4 million dollar revolving loan fund to help pay for phase 4 of the Tindall Fields project. That money may not entirely be used, but this approval makes sure its there in case its needed. You can read a more detailed description in this commission resolution.
