Macon-Bibb County Government Offices and Courts will be closed on Thursday, November 28, 2024, and Friday, November 29 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Emergency services such as the Sheriff’s Office, E-911, and Fire Department will remain operational.

The Convenience Centers at 1010 11th Street and 4214 Fulton Mill Road will be closed on Thursday, November 28, 20224. The Centers will resume to its regular business hours on Friday, November 29, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Click here to see Convenience Center hours.

All trash and yard waste pickup services will shift one day that week starting Thursday. If your normal pickup day is Thursday, it will move to Friday, and if your day is Friday, it will move to Saturday.

Bowden Golf Course will close at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, and will be closed on Thursday, November 28. It will reopen on Friday, November 29.
