To help our community reduce blight, S. Wade McCord, Tax Commissioner will hold a Subsequent Tax Sale on September 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Macon State Farmers’ Market (2055 Eisenhower Pkwy.) in Building B.

The opening bid for these properties will be $400, and everyone will have to register in order to bid.  The sale includes only those properties that failed to sell at an earlier tax sale.  For a listing of the properties for sale & registration information, please use the following link: https://www.maconbibbtax.us/#/Subsequent%20Tax%20Sale.

On the day of sale, all registered bidders must bring identification (preferably your driver’s license) and arrive no later than 10:30 a.m. to sign in and receive your bidder number.
