On September 16, dozens of seniors gathered at Carolyn Crayton Park for the Elaine H. Lucas Senior Center’s Neighborhood Block Party as part of the Night to Unite.

The event featured community organizations providing helpful information and gifts, music, food, and incredible weather!

“This annual event allows us to partner with people in our community to bring people out from the Senior Center and different neighborhoods throughout Macon to celebrate, have fellowship, and have fun,” said Elricia Smith, Coordinator II at the Elaine H. Lucas Senior Center.

Night to Unite is an annual community event that brings neighbors, law enforcement, and first responders together to strengthen relationships, promote public safety, and build a stronger sense of community.
