Road-striping project approved for several streets

Macon-Bibb Commissioners approved using LMIG (Local Maintenance Improvement Grant) & voter-approved SPLOST funds for a road-striping project. The county will pay Mid-States Striping Inc. $211,724.15 to repaint the stripes on several Macon-Bibb roads and streets. Some of the roads included are Riggins Mill Road, Montpelier Avenue, Log Cabin Drive, College Street, Poplar Street, Northside Drive, Zebulon Road, and Houston Road at several places.
