Registration is now open for the Macon-Bibb County Recreation Department’s 2026 Spring Break Camp, giving parents an affordable and engaging option for their children while school is out.
The camp will run Monday, March 30 through Friday, April 3, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at recreation centers across Macon-Bibb County. The cost is $15 per child.
Children attending camp will take part in a variety of activities designed to keep them active, creative, and learning during the break. Activities will include sports, fine arts, yoga, fitness, STEM programming, and field trips.
“This camp gives our kids a safe, fun place to spend their Spring Break while continuing to learn and stay active,” said Recreation Department Director Robert Walker. “Our staff works hard to create programs that keep kids engaged, build friendships, and introduce them to new activities they may not have tried before.”
Spring Break Camp will be offered at the following recreation centers:
- Delores A. Brooks Recreation Center
- Rosa Jackson Recreation Center
- South Bibb Recreation Center
- Theron Ussery Recreation Center
