Commissioner Paul Bronson is hosting a series of town hall forums to meet with and hear from members of our community. There are four locations and dates so people all over District 2 will have the opportunity to come and hear from their Commission Representative, and voice their thoughts and concerns. There will also be a focus on Public Safety with representatives from the Fire and Sheriff’s Departments, and conversation on Public Works projects such as street lights, sidewalks, potholes, and other neighborhood related issues.

“Transparency and clear communication across the district are important to me, and that’s what I promised my constituents when I first ran for this seat,” says Commissioner Bronson. “District 2 is uniquely divided across vastly different parts of our community. That means some concerns might be different from one household to the next. We want to provide a space for everyone to share their individual and collective concerns.”

The forums will run from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. and are at the following dates and locations:

May 31, East Macon: Rosa Jackson Recreation Center (1211 Maynard Street)

June 7, South Macon: Memorial Gym (2465 Second Street)

June 14, North Macon: Theron Ussery Park (815 N. Macon Park Drive)

June 20, Downtown: Macon City Hall (700 Poplar Street)
