Get ready to get your pinkest breakfast of the year! Our Fire Department’s Pink Pancake Breakfast is coming back starting Saturday, March 22. This delicious morning event happens during both weekends of the International Cherry Blossom Festival. To make it even better, the fire crew is teaming up with the Macon Bacon for the 5th year to add a little more sizzle to your morning meal.

On Saturday, March 22 and Saturday, March 29, you and your family can enjoy all you-can-eat PINK pancakes, sausage, bacon, coffee, and orange juice, all made by the Fire Department. The breakfast is happening at Historic Luther Williams Field (Willie Smokie Glover Drive) from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m. Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children 5 and under. Proceeds raised will go to towards different projects aimed to help with children’s medical needs.

While you’re enjoying your breakfast in the stands, the Fire Department and the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office have some entertainment planned for everyone!

The Pink Pancake Breakfast has been going on for decades, and Chief Shane Edwards says he’s proud to continue that tradition.

“We can’t wait to host this event once again. It’s something our Department looks forward to every year,” said Chief Edwards. “I truly appreciate the hard work from our firefighters to make this event so fun year after year.”
