A master plan for North Macon Park was approved at the most recent Macon-Bibb Commission meeting. The $425,000 penny-tax funded plan includes a lot of changes to the overall look of the park.
Bleachers, buildings, ball fields, dugouts, and other structures will be cleaned and renovated, and many replaced with newer and better materials. All the details on the North Macon Park plan are here.
