Commissioners approved spending money to move two county departments. The Human Resources Department, currently located in the Willie C. Hill Annex, is moving to the old traffic division space formerly occupied by the Bibb Sheriff’s Office. That’s located at Government Center (700 Poplar Street.) That move will cost $131,000 dollars. Also moving, the Internal Audits Department. That move will cost $1,100 and take the office from the Annex, to the Engineering Department building on Third Street.
