Mayor Lester Miller is hoping to bring awareness to motorcycle safety by proclaiming May as Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month. A group of motorcyclists were presented with the proclamation on Tuesday, May 17.

The Central Ga Association of Motorcycles (CAM) is concerned about the safety of every person on our roadways. CAM is dedicated to aid injured motorcyclists and the families of deceased riders physically, spiritually, and financially to ease the burden for both the injured and families.

This month is an opportunity for all street and highway users to get together in the safe sharing of roads in throughout our community.
