Kari Mateling, who is a Bibb County 4-H agent, was given an award for her work. Karol Kelley with the Cooperative Extension presented her with the Ryles Rising Star Award. It recognizes individuals, early in their careers, who exhibit leadership and exemplary service while working to carry out 4-H work across the state. Mateling was chosen due to her outstanding service to the youth of Macon-Bibb County. Congratulations!
