The Georgia Department of Transportation is getting ready to start restructuring the I75-I16 interchange, and that means the house where Little Richard lived at one time is moving. Macon-Bibb Commissioners approved a plan for the GDOT to move the home form 1540 5th Street to an empty lot at 416 Craft Street. After the GDOT moves and rehabilitates the house, Macon-Bibb will take ownership and turn it into a neighborhood resource center for the Pleasant Hill community.
