Macon-Bibb County’s Human Resources Department and Bibb County Sheriff’s Office will take part in iHeart Media’s Career Fair on Thursday, May 10, from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Anderson Conference Center (5171 Eisenhower Parkway). (This is a different time than originally announced.)

Representatives from the Human Resources Department are recruiting for Deputy Sheriff positions. Interested people can meet with the recruiters and learn about the application and hiring process, as well as special requirements to become a Deputy.

“Public Safety is one of the top priorities for Macon-Bibb County, as evidenced by the amount of money allocated to it each year in our budget, and we need to take every opportunity to go into the community and recruit for these very important positions,” says Director of Human Resources Ben Hubbard.
