Overview
The Macon-Bibb County Finance Department is responsible for the financial operations of the County and serves as a financial advisor to the Administration, Commissioners, and both pension funds.
Mission Statement
To manage the fiscal affairs of Macon-Bibb County on behalf of its citizens and the Board of Commissioners and to prepare, monitor, analyze and implement a financial plan for generating revenues and disbursing funds in order to maintain fiscal integrity and accountability and to support effective decision making.
