District 2 Commissioner Paul Bronson was recently reappointed to serve on the Board of Managers for the Association County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG). The 2026-2027 ACCG Board of Managers was sworn in by Colquitt County Administrator and state Rep. Chas Cannon during the Installation and Awards Luncheon at the Association’s recent annual conference in Chatham County.

“I am humbled and honored to again be selected to represent Macon-Bibb County and consolidated governments around Georgia,” said Commissioner Bronson. “I’m looking forward to continuing our work from the past year to improve communities through better, more effective governance.”

“We are excited to welcome our newly installed Board of Managers, a group of leaders, passionate about public service, chosen by their peers to guide the association,” said Executive Director Dave Wills. “Their dedication and expertise will be essential as we collaborate to enhance the well-being of Georgia’s counties, which have one purpose, to provide essential and desirable services to constituents.”
