The model of the Navy’s USS Macon that once greeted you inside the entrance of City Hall now has a new home at the Macon Mall. Earlier this month, our Fire Department moved the ship, very carefully, to the mall in front of the U.S. Military Recruiting Center. It was a long journey, but the ship model made it to its new home safely. Check out the journey below!
