The Recreation Department is excited to invite the community to the second Picnic in the Park at Carolyn Crayton Park (formerly known as Central City Park). It’s happening from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 9.   

There will be nearly a dozen food trucks featuring sweets, treats, BBQ, vegan options, and other crowd pleasers. Jail Creek Farms Winery will have beer and wine for the grownups. There will also be a Kids Zone featuring water activities to cool off, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and more.   

There will be a large tent set up for folks to eat, and everyone is welcome to bring their pop-up tents, blankets, and chairs. . Remember to wear your sunscreen and we’ll see you there!
