If you’ve ever accessed or gotten vital information through one of our government websites, – you have this guy to thank! This week, we’re shining our Staff Spotlight on Macon-Bibb Web Programmer Kai Fan.  

As part of our Information Technology Department, Kai is the one who makes sure our websites stay updated and functional. Not only does he create and maintain the sites the public sees, he is also vital to internal operations relating to the court system, E911, Fire Department, and Sheriff’s Office.  

Kai has been with Macon-Bibb for more than 3 years now after graduating from Georgia Southwestern University in 2017 with a Masters in Computer Science. He enjoys spending time traveling, collecting t-shirts from each state along the way, and spending time with his best pal, Layla.
