Ryland Environmental has officially taken over all solid waste services in Macon-Bibb County. Trucks rolled out on Monday, January 3 to pick up trash, recycling, yard debris, and bulk waste in every part of the County.

Most of the new trash and recycling carts have already been delivered, if you were missed or did not get the number of carts you are currently paying for, you can visit maconbibb.us/seeclickfix and fill out a ticket for Ryland to deliver you a cart. While you are waiting for your new Ryland carts, you can still use your current ones and Ryland will empty them.

Your trash and recycling pick-up dates have NOT changed. If you do not know your date, you can visit sw.maconbibb.us.

If you still have questions, join us on Thursday, January 13 at 2:00 p.m. for a live Q&A with Ryland Environmental on our Facebook page and our website. We will answer previous questions as well as some questions asked on our livestream.
