New online survey available to provide feedback

During the past several weeks, hundreds of people have attended public forums in every part of the county as part of the Macon Violence Prevention (MVP) initiative to let leaders know what their neighborhoods need, who’s willing to help, and what resources are available.

Now, MVP and the Emergency Management Agency have made an online survey available to allow people unable to attend or unwilling to speak publicly the same opportunity to share their concerns and ideas.

Click here to access the survey.

“Each member of this community brings a unique voice in the mission to stop violence in Macon-Bibb,” says Mayor Lester Miller. “It’s going to take each of those voices to form a plan and put it into action. So we’re asking you to jump in with us and join the team.”

The survey takes about three minutes to do, and is completely anonymous. We’re asking everyone to fill it out, and also take a moment to share the survey with your friends, family, and neighborhood.
