A group of dedicated and hardworking Maconites have spent hours in Historic Rose Hill Cemetery fixing graves, cleaning headstones, repairing stone walls, and more. Now, they’re raising money with a first batch of Rose Hill Cemetery t-shits. The shirts are $20 each and can be purchased by clicking here or visiting RoseHillCemetery.org. The money raised will go to projects that are outside the county budget. Rose Hill is owned by Macon-Bibb County and maintained by the Parks and Beautification Department along with dedicated volunteer groups.

Rose Hill Cemetery was founded in 1840 and is not only popular for its beauty as a garden, but also as the resting place of many notable people including The Allman Brothers.
