Commission to resume meetings via Zoom

July 1, 2020

Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in Macon-Bibb County and the limitation on the number of people allowed to gather (based on the Governor’s Executive Order and social distancing rules), the Commission will resume meeting via Zoom and close the meeting to the media and public. Everyone will be able to watch the meetings live at www.maconbibb.us and www.facebook.com/maconbibbcounty.

People wanting to provide comments to the Commission can email the Clerk’s Office by noon on the day of the meeting, and it will be read during the meeting and on the broadcast by the Attorney’s Office. The next meeting is for the full Commission on Tuesday, July 7, so comments should be submitted by noon that day. The Pre-Commission Meeting begins at 5:00 p.m., and the Commission Meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.
