Dog Park to close for new fence installation

Macon-Bibb County’s Dog Park (831 Adams Street) will temporarily close beginning Tuesday, May 5, so a new fence can be installed around the exterior. The current decorative fencing allows some smaller dogs to escape through the bars, and a new vinyl chain-link fence will better serve families and their dogs. The installation is expected to take a week or two, weather permitting.
