Commissioners recently approved spending money from District 8 and 9 blight funds for 2 revitalization projects. The money from district 8 will go toward the Walnut Streetscape and Blight Remediation Project. The money from District 9 will fund the Napier/Brookdale/Grand Enhancement Project.

At a recent presentation to commissioners, blight consultant Cass Hatcher gave an update on blight in our community, and which projects are complete, in-process, and planned to clear our neighborhoods of these eyesores.
