S. Wade McCord, Macon-Bibb County Tax Commissioner, says 125 properties have been selected for The Subsequent Tax Sale/Auction scheduled for May 5, 2020. These are the properties which failed to sell at an earlier tax sale.  The starting opening bid for these properties will be $400.  To bid, advanced registration is required.  Registration has already started. You may register to bid on selected properties up until the tax sale on May 5, 2020.
