“The 2019, 3rd quarter solid waste bills, are currently at the printers so taxpayers should be receiving their bill in the mail within the next couple of weeks”, says S. Wade McCord, Tax Commissioner. This quarterly bill is for service period 7/1/19 – 9/30/19. This is the first billing since the Board of Commissioners voted to revert back to quarterly billing.
Taxpayers who signed up to receive their bill electronically, in addition to receiving the mailed bill, should have already received their bill via email or text. Bills can be paid via web at www.maconbibbtax.us, through the drive-thru, or inside the Tax Commissioner’s office located at 188 Third Street. McCord says his office will continue to provide the excellent service Bibb County taxpayers have come to expect from their office.
