The Macon-Bibb County Commission approved a one time pay adjustment (or bonus) of $1,000 on December 20 for employees. The bonus will be paid to all full-time employees that are hired by November 20 and are still employed on December 20. The $1,000 will be before taxes, FICA, and other deductions.

“Our people work hard every day to make our county a better place, and this is a simple way to show our appreciation,” says District 6 Commissioner Joe Allen. “Our entire community joins the Commission in thanking each of them for their dedication and work.”
