On Wednesday, October 20, Parks and Recreation Interim Director Reggie Moore and the Sizemore Group presented to a group of about 40 seniors a draft design and layout for the new Senior Citizens Center. The design was based on input received directly from seniors over the course of several public forums, as was the Center’s new location in Central City Park.

The seniors expressed their support of the design and were thankful Macon-Bibb County took the time to ask their opinion and involve them in the process. It is intended that the proposed design be presented to a Commission Committee during the November 10 meetings.
