In an effort to protect the safety of the staff of this office and the citizens who utilize our services our office is now closed to the public due to COVID. We have had a number of employees test positive for COVID and we feel that the best way to help prevent spreading the virus is to temporary close the office.
Effective Wednesday, December 29, 2021, all our employees will be teleworking as we continue to serve the citizens of Macon-Bibb County. We will reopen on Monday, January 10, 2022. We will continue to offer Online Services for the following:
Civil/Criminal Pleadings may be filed using www.efilega.com
Real Estate Documents may be recorded using https://efile.gsccca.org
View/Research Civil, Criminal, Real Estate using https://bibbclerkindexsearch.com/External
Pay Child Support/Restitution/Fines via mail or online at www.bibbpmts.com
We will continue to collect and disburse child support payments along with working on scheduling child support hearings.
We are still open to assist you via telephone and electronically. We will accept your payment for copies by telephone or by mail. If you need assistance, please call our main number at 478-621-6527 or email us at superiorinfo@maconbibb.us.
Thank you for your patience as we attempt to protect the staff, our families, and you!
From the Superior Court Clerk’s Office
