As the Human Resources Department wrapped up Open Enrollment last month,  we could not have done it without the help of some key employees who made this process smooth for everyone. This week, we are spotlighting Benefits Analyst Stacy Brown Siegle.  

“During the process, Mrs. Siegle arrived early, left late, answered questions, and assisted those who were enrolling for their benefits,” said Human Resources Director Derrick Jordan. “Mrs. Siegle, many thanks to you for all you’ve done and all you continue to do here in Human Resources and for the employees of Macon-Bibb County.” 

Seigle has been in her role since May of 2021. Before this, she worked in our finance department for about 20 years. 

“I feel extremely honored to have been recognized,” said Seigle. “I can’t do what I do without the entire HR team. It’s not just me; it takes the whole entire department. We all work together to get what we have to get done.”
