Notice is hereby given that the Macon-Bibb County Urban Development Authority will receive responses to the Request for qualifications real estate brokerage services in the ECDD offices, 200 Cherry Street, first Floor, Macon, Georgia 31201, until 12:00 o’clock NOON at the time legally prevailing in Macon, Georgia on December 2nd, 2019, for the marketing of the Virgil Powers School Property.
