Effective May 1, 2025, a complete set of project plans, including any Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing plans, must be submitted for plan review for all new construction accessory structures. A $150 Plan Review Submittal Fee shall be paid at the time the plans are submitted for review with a maximum plan review time of 5 business days.
