Please note that in-person court arraignment, hearings and trials are currently continuing as scheduled.  If there are any changes regarding in-person arraignment, hearings, or trials, you will be notified by the Court and a notice will be posted on the Court website.

If you would like to handle your matter via the online procedure, please reference the links to the necessary relevant documents on this page.  If you are unable to submit the necessary forms via the computer link, you may also print, complete, and fax the completed form(s) to (478) 621-6624.  These documents must be submitted to and received by the court at least four business days prior to your scheduled in-person court hearing, so that your matter may be rescheduled to take place online. Allow two business days prior to contacting the court via email at to confirm that your request has been received.

Upon the proper receipt of the Online Arraignment, Hearing and/or Trial Form you will be contacted at the email address you have provided, with the date and time of your hearing.  These may not be rescheduled if you do not appear on time and are limited to specific days and times.  You will not be contacted via phone.  Please monitor your email so that you receive the notice.  In addition, you will receive an email address for the Solicitor’s Office if you wish to reach a plea agreement prior to your hearing.  If you reach an agreement, you will need to submit the Plea Agreement Form, which is posted on the Court website, to the Court.  Please do not submit the Plea Agreement Form unless you are told to do so by the Solicitor’s Office or by the Judge.
