The American Public Works Association (APWA) gave three top awards to three of our county leaders. The ceremony was at the 2018 APWA Conference on Jekyll Island. Marvin Land, Director of Macon-Bibb County Public Works, serves as the President of the APWA Middle Georgia Branch which includes 25 surrounding counties. There were four recipients in our branch, and three of those were right here in Macon-Bibb County!
