Macon – Bibb County grand jurors indicted an X-Mart employee and her husband Tuesday on allegations they robbed the adult store on Emery Highway on Aug. 5.
Russell Scott Frost, 30, and his wife, Whitney Taylor Frost, 23, both of Macon, are charged with armed robbery, according to an indictment filed in Bibb County Superior Court.
An indictment is a charging document issued by grand jurors if the group determines probable cause exists for the case to move forward toward trial. The Frosts are presumed to be innocent unless and until they are proven guilty in a court of law.
