Our local EMA team and community partners hopped on a bus and went to Atlanta for Georgia Power’s Winter Weather Preparedness Summit. Agencies from around the state learned how Georgia Power springs into action when there’s bad weather, and how they work with partner agencies across the country to help with recovery efforts. Georgia Power is a vital partner in times of preparation and recovery. Thanks to everyone there for the tour!
